Guillermo is the only son of the president of Venezuela. During a coup that deposed his father, he is sent to Canada on exile with no explanation. Little did he know about his origins, and his quest is just about to start: to find his mother, uncover his family's deepest secret, and find himself.
No matter where he comes from and what is at stake: Guillermo finds the darkness within, but still faces an opportunity of walking away. As they say, not everyone who wanders are lost.
This story speaks to a generation that has been looking to find themselves and evolve; a tribute to immigrants and refugees, but mostly to all humans who learn how to adopt foreign land and turn it into their own.

Very intriguing. I would pay money to watch this. In addition, I love the authenticity-- use of language, and the script for the trailor. Well done :)

I think this would be a very good and interesting movie. The beginning was my favourite part very exciting and it captures my interest right away. The voice over seemed odd to me for some reason and I started to get a bit bored of it after the first half. I think it needs more development definitely but this could be an interesting film.
Simon H. Posted 7 months ago
This looks QUALITY! Can't wait to see the finished thing!!

Candy H. Posted 7 months ago
This movie is different. I look forward to haring more about it. I wonder if the main character will make it back to venzuala
Brent M. Posted 7 months ago
Well-shot. Suspension of disbelief on the whole "this is the president of Venezuala" thing didn't really work for me. I kept thinking, "That isn't Chavez. Why is he in military uniform?" It's a difficult credibility problem to overcome. "So this is what a coupe looks like." Had he never seen that style of car before? (I suspect you meant coup, pronounced "koo.") What is the revolution of his own? Is he going back to Venezuela or doing something within Canada? It's hard for me to care without having any idea what he's talking about. It mostly just looks like he became a rich hipster. Some points for stylishness; serious believeability issues.

concept is interesting but there are a number of flaws, a few glaring holes, in fact, in the trailer -- impossible to sufficiently suspend one's disbelief

I dont blame him for scaping...... Venezuela is hell
Maria teresa M. Posted 7 months ago
I though it was well done, the fact that in venezuela the political situation is not fiction but scary adds that realism that makes it very dramatic

good work you gained my interest would have liked to know more about why the exile
Miguel H. Posted 7 months ago
well i do believe this is awesome, but the trailer doesn't give a huge impression.
Andrew H. Posted 7 months ago
I would have rated this higher except he said "coupe" instead of "coup" and that Canada was on the other side of the Continent from Venezuela. North and South America are different continents. Simple things like that really take away from the credibility of a film
Ginella D. Posted 7 months ago
Brest trailer! Latinoamerica and Canada in a personal search of identity. I foresee great succes. Good luck finding Guillermo.

Maria C. Posted 7 months ago
looks like it would be a very interesting film! would love to watch!!!!
Manuel A. Posted 7 months ago
This movie has a lot to offer, something truly unique, there's no cheap monsters or aliens, this is just a great story greatly told that also looks photographically amazing. It has a hint of mysteriousness that intrigues the viewer and keeps him wondering what's next. I think this will be a promising movie because it is the big package, it has action, it has drama, but among all it will sell because you can tell that it is something written with deep arguments and bases ...touching and something different, I would definitely go and see this film, hope it wins
Ryan F. Posted 7 months ago

Jamie M. Posted 7 months ago
Awesome doesn't even begin to describe this. Exceptional work! I want to see it as a full-length feature film. Let's make it happen!
Amanda M. Posted 7 months ago

Michael M. Posted 7 months ago
Your English is good.
Jason L. Posted 7 months ago
What always fascinates me in films similar to this style is the character's back story, and determination to work towards being something greater than what was, wish there was a sign of deeper character development and maybe some more supporting character appearances, instead of typical gun wielding. Great idea, it would be nice to see some new ideas on the table here though.
Cat K. Posted 7 months ago

This is actually some of the better stuff I've seen on this site, and it's definitely better than what currently plays in theatres!
Anne R. Posted 8 months ago
It's so refreshing to see this type of films being done! You can tell how every shot is planned for a specific effect as if the director actually took a film class or two in his life and didn't just go with guts. I enjoyed the color theme and the titles a lot! Also the theme is quite intriguing! *looks up Venezuela in wikipedia*. Yup! Intriguing!
Jose K. Posted 8 months ago
After having seen this, we could realize of all technical resources used here: image direction (which is incredible), illumination (A+), message, and most important and conspicuous thing...the director delves on new ways to improve film making, which is awesome, whithout a doubt Jon Kebe is a promise on this field. BRAVO!
Dimas R. Posted 8 months ago
