Nice! Great use of low resolution footage and high resolution together - and explaining it. Great editing and pacing. Not sure whether they are haunted by evil, chemical exposure, or what, but I want to learn more ! Well done!

seems very blair witch project but i liked blair witch so thats not really a bad thing. i like most of the home video style movies
Joslyn P. Posted 6 months ago
Reminds me a lot of the Blaire witch project and sometimes like paranormal activity but that was probably what you were going for? needs a bit more creativity but I don't normally like films like these personally, I don't like scary movies :(

Very good I enjoy looking at it

Well shot and put together. I don't know why I haven't seen this trailer before today. It does feel very similar to the Blair Witch project - maybe a little too similar.
Brian B. Posted 7 months ago
I like the handheld work and how it compliments the scattered activity later in the forest during night. At first the camera moves seemed a little weak but really complimented the panic like state in the confusion of the characters as though the viewer shares their struggle to figure out what's going on. It sort of makes you feel like you are there rather than just watching it.

I thought this was done by a group of girls without film experience - until I read the overview. And then I thought it must have been intentional to film it in a local park as though it was the girls telling their story, and making it up as they go along.
Taylor M. Posted 7 months ago
hahahaha, wow! The acting is bad...
Dawn B. Posted 7 months ago
I thought maybe if I saw how this scary effect was created than maybe it wouldn't be as scary to me anymore. Nope. Still scary. Nice job.

Seen this movie many times before. Appreciate any filmmakers who suffer in the Canadian winter, though.

Great trailer. Change the title immediately.
Mateusz M. Posted 8 months ago

Found footage in Winnipeg? Hope to check it out as a released film!
Katie T. Posted 8 months ago
Really like the trailer cause I'm a big Blair Witch Fan, but wished it was about more than four friends in the woods with a camera and evil. It's been done.
Evan B. Posted 8 months ago
Seems like it could do well if taken the time and effort, definately something I would go and see in the cinemas
Arsen O. Posted 8 months ago

Canadian Blair Witch Project, awesome. Not sure that everyone will feel the same, looking forward to seeing your twist
Samantha L. Posted 8 months ago
This trailer actually looks pretty scary, but it's not well done, and it's not very original.
Jason M. Posted 8 months ago
the blaire witch thing just doesn't do it for me. try to take it easy on all the hand held shaking cam it is effective when used properly.
Daniel W. Posted 8 months ago
Hey, I know these guys!
Amanda B. Posted 8 months ago
I am mildly interested in this. I think there is potential for the story. I'm just not sure if the acting will be good enough to override a possible lame plot.
Jenna H. Posted 8 months ago
It was okay
Cooper B. Posted 8 months ago
I thought it started out really well!
Roger B. Posted 8 months ago
Thanks for the comments everyone! (Both Good & Bad!) It was a lot fun filming this concept trailer! Of course, there's a lot more to the story than what's in the trailer and we look forward to putting together a scary/fun movie for fans of this genre! Be sure to send us out a tweet! (@Dark4Rest)

Is very reminiscent of a script I wrote two years. That said, not bad of its type. Nice to see an all female cast.
Charles A. Posted 8 months ago
Looks excellent, great editing! Can't wait to see the full version.
James M. Posted 8 months ago
Interesting
Brian B. Posted 8 months ago
Looks like a solid found footage premise with some solid actors. Usually you get neither with a found footage film!
Knighten R. Posted 8 months ago
I like the atmosphere of the whole thing but I feel it needed to show more of the threat.
Edward W. Posted 8 months ago
Production values are pretty abysmal on this and the lighting could have been improved for so little cost.
Greg R. Posted 8 months ago
Looks great!
Andrew N. Posted 8 months ago
Reminds me of movies like Blair witch project and pretty much any ghost movie in the past five years. I think this movie will be amazing
Chado M. Posted 8 months ago
