Clown prejudice is on the rise. CORKY, a destitute clown, is forced to integrate himself into "normal" society. Senator PATCHES O'TOOLE fights for clown rights from within the government system. More radical clowns take matters into their own hands. Corky meets VALENTINE, commander of the notorious freedom fighting gang - The Big Shoes Brigade. Agent CARLSON investigates the Brigade's newest member - Corky. The gangs antics spin out of control. They say they want peace, but all Corky can see is their lust for war. With a revolution on the rise, Corky must decide whether to fight along side or against his own kind.

i HAVE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF WHY SOME PEOPLE HAVE A FEAR OF CLOWNS
Donal O. Posted 6 months ago
Weirdly creepy. Could be a great film.
Edited to add
After watching all the trailers, I think I would like to see a western trilogy or three part series. Warpaint, Rabbit, Rosalind Revenge. Kind of like Baz Lurman's Red Curtain trilogy.
It would be a great exploration of bigotry and fear from three different genres.
Ryan F. Posted 6 months ago
Oh man I would love to see this movie. it looks bad ass, its a creative idea and the trailer is shot very well wioth all around great style. Yup I'd totally watch this movie!
Gerad C. Posted 6 months ago
Sorry, I'm not sure I could sit through more than 5 minutes of clown violence at a time.
Amy K. Posted 6 months ago
not sure what to make of this one
Siobhan G. Posted 6 months ago
Good idea!!
Jeet S. Posted 6 months ago
One of the most original works I've heard of in a while
TBiddy U. Posted 6 months ago
awesome work guys!
Natalia N. Posted 6 months ago
I liked learning about the message of this movie through your missions. I think you have something here and it's definitely creative.
Vigya S. Posted 6 months ago
No fun
Jordan N. Posted 6 months ago
really interesting idea and I love the metaphor that you use in your story
Tyler S. Posted 6 months ago
It’s quite a weird film Idea, clowns and all. To me this film is a bit similar to Iron Sky, in terms of idea. The HUGE problem with Iron Sky was that the film didn’t take itself seriously. So my suggestion is if this film does get produced make sure the script takes itself seriously. Play it straight don’t try and make it funny the comedy will come from how serious it’s taking itself.
Lew D. Posted 6 months ago
This is a kickass idea - fantasy discrimination is a great way to distance viewers enough from social justice that they aren't blinded by their own prejudices.
Daniel R. Posted 6 months ago
Kinda like it. Weird enough to be interesting. Don't know if this will work as a feature film, but definitely worth watching so far....
David P. Posted 6 months ago
Weird concept... looks nicely crafted though. Good cinematography
Joe M. Posted 6 months ago
Well shot trailer. I hate clowns(as most people do I expect) but by providing a political backdrop to the film you have given it a frisson that speaks to many a Canadian. Are the clowns unionists? Are they environmentalists? You'll have to see the film to find out.
Janine F. Posted 6 months ago
Creepy clowns. Enough said.
Karyn T. Posted 6 months ago
Not grabbed by this at the first watching of the trailer. I can't imagine watching a whole film of this.
John W. Posted 6 months ago
Clowning around?
Michelle E. Posted 6 months ago
Don't know about a feature length version of this, but the acting and directing is pretty solid.
Rick L. Posted 6 months ago
Outstanding! Scary, black comedy...completely unexpected! Well done.
Taryn K. Posted 6 months ago
Really enjoyed this concept and looked great as a trailer definitely want to see more
Joslyn P. Posted 7 months ago
Some parts were a bit skeptical for me but I thought it was interesting. I wasn't sure if it was a comedy or a comedy trying to be serious. but I thought it was well done. Good make up too
Tanya G. Posted 7 months ago
Weird
Wendy S. Posted 7 months ago
Keep at it!
Hector m. Posted 7 months ago

Parminder P. Posted 7 months ago
interesting concept
Romy J. Posted 7 months ago
Cool!
Devan R. Posted 7 months ago
Warpaint is going to be a kick ass film. Let's help make this film a reality!
Georgia M. Posted 7 months ago
I'd watch this!
Adam O. Posted 7 months ago
Loved it! Would definitely watch this, even if just to confront my deep-rooted fear of clowns
Graham S. Posted 7 months ago
Good job! Hope you make it!
Dean C. Posted 7 months ago
Interesting!
Jenna R. Posted 7 months ago
I want to see this movie!!
Dana B. Posted 7 months ago
Clowns scare the hell out of me and this looks like it just might accomplish that on another level! Looks good team!
Alex K. Posted 7 months ago
Awesomely creepy stuff team! Keep going!
Kaitlyn M. Posted 7 months ago
Well, no doubt you've got a unique premise for your film! Can't say I've seen anything of this nature before.
Solidly shot trailer, however I feel like it's still lacking any emotional appeal. As a viewer I don't really feel like I'm connected to this world or these characters at all.
Mary G. Posted 7 months ago
The clown idea is an interesting concept... I wonder how the writer came up with this idea...? I'm guessing it's a different angle on racism, bravo on creativity!
Sierra G. Posted 7 months ago
This could be hilarious.
Iwona b. Posted 7 months ago
Not very original
Anthony S. Posted 7 months ago
Interesting concept, reminds me of Joker from Batman.
Michelle G. Posted 7 months ago
Something about this I just don't like all that much - reminds me of XMEN but with clowns. Good makeup jobs and your main clown is really believable and reminds me a lot of Heath Ledger in a good way.
Donald Y. Posted 7 months ago
A really good concept. It reeks of Jack Nicholson. I expect him to pop up in the trailer.
Matt L. Posted 7 months ago
Wow... that was pretty intense. This could turn into something totally original and creepy as hell.
Colin T. Posted 7 months ago
not a fan of this at all
Michelle S. Posted 7 months ago
horrible ! im not in
Emersen Z. Posted 7 months ago
Great work here!
Shawn A. Posted 7 months ago

Anne R. Posted 7 months ago
Hmmmmm some artistic things about this project are really good, but I just have a hard time taking the whole clown thing seriously, so it sort of fails for me as a thriller.
Nikki B. Posted 7 months ago
The trailer is good quality, but it looks like this is trying to recreate the joker. Also, the idea of clowns vs regular humans is cheesy.
Kelly S. Posted 7 months ago
Clowns scare me but really liked this anyway! Good job
George T. Posted 7 months ago
Clowns NOT my thing.
Bella M. Posted 7 months ago
Scary business!
Richard B. Posted 7 months ago
Doesn't appeal to me... Seems kind of like a bad attempt to see the "other side" of evil villains like the joker.
Ben R. Posted 7 months ago
Another fantastic idea. way to make the watchers think outside of our norm.
Emma S. Posted 7 months ago
This project looks like a clowncar full of fun. And we all know how full that is!
Shannon P. Posted 7 months ago
Seriously, though, awesomeness. Clowns creep me out and this trailer did the same. I'd love to see this as a movie!
Sue M. Posted 7 months ago
interesting concept
Patrick G. Posted 7 months ago
Love this concept ... great ideas.
kay t. Posted 7 months ago
I don't even like clowns, but I love this!
Jamie T. Posted 7 months ago
...just stay away from the heath ledger joker look. This looks both hilarious and absolutely terrifying
E-Rock L. Posted 7 months ago
This will do absolutely nothing to abate my fear of clowns. Might as well embrace it then.
Brian R. Posted 7 months ago
Love the concept... everything about this gives me chills and makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
Thomas A. Posted 7 months ago
Great acting and well shot but would this trailer have been written if the late Heath Ledger hadn't reinvented the evil, maniacal super criminal clown in a certain popular comic book action franchise?
Rebecca G. Posted 7 months ago
Clowns scare me but this looks interesing
Gemma H. Posted 7 months ago
Great hook!
Michael M. Posted 7 months ago
Interesting concept until the uprisng etc....suggests no content.
Megan I. Posted 7 months ago
Good
John K. Posted 7 months ago
Odd but cool
Tristyn G. Posted 7 months ago
haha this looks awesome!!!!
David T. Posted 7 months ago
I'd like to see where you'd go with this.
Biff B. Posted 7 months ago
FINALLY! THE CLOWNS HAVE THEIR DAY.
Kevin P. Posted 8 months ago
...Different...
Never has a film had an opportunity to drown a person with a seltzer bottle, you missed your chance!
Will B. Posted 8 months ago
I think this would work if it was as intelligent as films like V for Vendetta and The Dark Knight... Nice introduction of the ethics of "Clown Prejudice" as a theme...
Romuald H. Posted 8 months ago
I think it was very well incorporated how the pitch video incorporated the Clown attack! Wish there was more to see. :)
Jolianne L. Posted 8 months ago
Children of the Joker? Nice idea!
Katie T. Posted 8 months ago
Not sure an entire feature can be sustained on this premise, but it's well shot. Felt light on story though.
Michael L. Posted 8 months ago
I think your concept is interesting. The symbolism is an interesting hook. This is a real challenge to execute in a 'post heath ledger' world -- he really put the final mark on the whole 'lunatic clown role'. I encourage your team to really dig deep and find some fresh approaches to the clown characterizations in the script -- I think you have an interesting opportunity to do some fresh/new things that go beyond the "crazy clown" thing. I'm not sure how much research you have done, but there is a very interesting history to 'clown-ology' and also the various symbols and rules that certain types of clowns live by -- there's a whole variety of types of clowns and specific traits they must adopt to maintain proper tradition of the art. Spend some time researching it and your concept and script will be better off for it.
Arsen O. Posted 8 months ago
1 mill for this?
Todd D. Posted 8 months ago
Awesome concept, love the parellels that are in society today. I hope to see the whole film someday!!!
Mike L. Posted 8 months ago
this story is far fetched and should only be a short film at best.
Kellie M. Posted 8 months ago
Absolutely hate clowns. An entire movie of them? I just couldn't see it. Sorry :/
kyle b. Posted 8 months ago
Very creative in concept I'd like to see the full film to see where they take it
Katherine H. Posted 8 months ago
I feel like the talent showcased in front and behind the camera could have been better used on a less silly premise. Too bad.
Kevin N. Posted 8 months ago
Really?
Doug K. Posted 8 months ago
Not a great idea
Bernie H. Posted 8 months ago
This maybe would be deece if it came out before Dark Knight.
Sarah L. Posted 8 months ago
Heath Ledger fan? lol
Steve A. Posted 8 months ago
Are you serious with this?
Arjun M. Posted 8 months ago
Not sure I could sit through an entire movie about clowns!
Amy W. Posted 8 months ago
Awesome! I can't wait to see the rest.
Rob N. Posted 8 months ago
Weird, but interesting. I'd like to see where is goes from here.
Mikey G. Posted 8 months ago
I do love me some clowns! Great work, guys!
Daniel W. Posted 8 months ago
Well you've certainly piqued my interest.
Steven J. Posted 8 months ago
Someones a Heath Ledger ripoff ....... Not pointing at anyone... But, yes I am.
Sarah P. Posted 8 months ago
I want to see this movie!
Matty G. Posted 8 months ago
Good work guys! As a supporter of clown rights, I'm right there for you. Right. There.
Kay P. Posted 8 months ago
Craziness! I hate clowns but I would watch this!
Timothy C. Posted 8 months ago
Cool idea, but had me laughing a bit to be honest! If you're not in the mood it does come off as slightly comedic/satirical.
Arron K. Posted 8 months ago
Interesting, a parody of Diversity.
Melissa W. Posted 8 months ago
Awesome!
Kayla S. Posted 8 months ago
WTF
Jade t. Posted 8 months ago
Interesting concept
Chris S. Posted 8 months ago
Clowns need love too
Cheyenne D. Posted 8 months ago
The clown at the bus stop looks so sad. But SCARY in the picture! I love the social commentary aspect. wasn't expecting that.
Samantha G. Posted 8 months ago
Awesome trailer. Definitely puts a whole new spin on clowns for me!
Marina L. Posted 8 months ago
Amazing! Good luck to Chris and all of the other clowns!
Jogan M. Posted 8 months ago
Oh ya. Creepy....and fun. Finally the clowns get their revenge. The evil laugh at the end actually gave me the willies. Nice.
Peter D. Posted 8 months ago
Terrible idea. Seriously though, a fight for clown rights?! This should be categorized as a comedy cause this is a joke. And why are all of your clowns Joker wannabe's? Obviously character development, originality, and plot development were not high priorities.
Brian S. Posted 8 months ago
just awsome
Arron K. Posted 8 months ago
I LOVE THIS!!! It's a perfect satire on diversity and hate-crimes.
Amanda C. Posted 8 months ago
Sort of a different concept except the clowns look like the joker off batman and the movie "IT" is being remade.
Barbara K. Posted 8 months ago
so many kinds of awesome - actor performances, film quality, make-up, social commentary. can't wait to see the whole thing!
Natalie H. Posted 8 months ago
not a big fan of clowns but this is creepy, the camera gets pretty blurry a couple times but overall its not too bad
Eric M. Posted 8 months ago
Great logline.
Jereme W. Posted 8 months ago
Cool original concept and creepy fun trailer. Tijana Popovic is the bomb!
Sara S. Posted 8 months ago
would I trust this project with 1 million? nope. but that doesn't mean it's not an interesting idea...
Trevor G. Posted 8 months ago
I'm scared of Clowns, but they say one should face their fears... plus that guy in the kilt is really turning my crank...
Christopher L. Posted 8 months ago
My god this is a cool idea! Out of what grouping of genius minds did this come from? Go War Paint!!
Shannon E. Posted 8 months ago
A familiar, real-life concept with a wildly unique twist, this trailer leaves me chills both from the violent plotline and the creepiness of clowns. I need to see this movie!
