Enjoyed the sizzle reel. This team didn't invent video stores, and are not responsible for their demise. But they sure know how to capture and show the many stories from the videos we (many of us) watched years ago as "movies on demand" instead of trudging to the theatre, or waiting years for them to show up on TV. Great job, team!

good sizzle reel.

This doesn't make sense to me at all. It left me with too many unanswered questions. I felt like I was watching blurry action fights with some weird monsters. Not into this kind of film project.
Good luck.

Still such a great project! Fell in love with it all over again. Great Job!!

I like this one a lot more. The sheer madness of the whole project brings a huge smile to my face.

haha This made me laugh. I agree with Christine - ultimate cheese - but it is really amusing! Who goes to video stores anymore? :)
Christine J. Posted 6 months ago
This project is so great! Ultimate cheese, but that's what makes it so fantastic to watch, and it's actually filmed in a real live video store. Which is pretty awesome!

Love it. Can't get enough of it.

Scary. Is there enough story to make a movie from? It feels like a drive-in movie. If you don't remember them, you may not remember VCRs and the time when there seemed to be a video store on every corner. This could be a nice piece of nostalgia.

I agree with you Don. This totally feels like a drive-in movie, which do still exist :P

Hysterical:)

Love this project...

BETA! Hahah. Excellent mix of the original images with new footage. And it's basically a true story about a dying industry, so LOVE it! You guys are so creative.

Agreed Kevin M. Hello Carrie remake trailer. Basically the whole movie summed up in two min. And I no longer desire to see it. I love they actually used my suggested nickname for this. It's totally true though

There we go now it feels like a B-horror movie!

Intriguing trailer, an upgrade from your first one for sure.

This is the poster for bringing back Video stores that we can hang out in on a Saturday night !!! You Rock and good luck on your quest !!

Decent job here - it does feel a little on the short side. I still feel like we need to know a little more about the plot of the movie - from the trailer it's hard to tell what that might be.

I can not speak for my fellow film makers but growing up in the 80's I loved the trailers that showed us something but kept us in the dark. I hate how a two minute trailer basically ruins the entire story and plot of a movie these days. I want a little intrigue and yet not exactly know what I'm getting myself into. A dying art in trailers...just like video stores. :)

I too like a bit of an element of mystery and intrigue that I believe a trailer should create. But I think the trailer has to reveal just enough of what the movie's about to get me to pay to see it. It should introduce me to your main character and maybe define them a little and what their main struggle is in the movie. I'm still not sure what your main character's struggle is supposed to be - to ward off '80s horror villains?
