WOLFCOP 4 LIFE! Or at least until the next full moon.
Michelle G. Posted 5 months ago
great sizzle reel - I definitely feel like your team keeps upping their game. Keep it coming.
Lowell D. Posted 5 months ago
Thanks Michelle. We will!
Joe M. Posted 5 months ago
In the beginning Cronenberg and Reitman gave you Shivers. Now Dean and Hernando give you WolfCop. Low budget indie Canadian magic.
Lowell D. Posted 5 months ago
Haha. Awesome. Thanks Joe!
Bari D. Posted 5 months ago
The next Canadian Cult Hit - Great Sizzle Reel Guys
Lowell D. Posted 5 months ago
Thanks Bari. Let's do this!
jane D. Posted 5 months ago
best of luck guys
Lowell D. Posted 5 months ago
Thanks Jane.
Donald Y. Posted 5 months ago
The sizzle reel is good. And the team seems to be rising to the challenge. This could become a cult movie, and Canada could become known as the area surrounding Saskatchewan, the cult film capital of the north. Good luck on the coming vote.
Lowell D. Posted 5 months ago
Thanks Donald. We would LOVE to be a Canadian cult hit.
Donal O. Posted 5 months ago
Ok Team Wolfcop. Work out a deal. Find an option package that works for you! Make the movie
Lowell D. Posted 5 months ago
We will Donal!!
Joe M. Posted 5 months ago
Congrats guys. Happy for you. Top ten baby. Top ten:)
Lowell D. Posted 5 months ago
Thanks Joe. Let's do this!
Andrea F. Posted 5 months ago
i"m so proud of all of you for making the top 15. i"m sorry about the haters that have to comment with negativity. It is an amazing project done with integrity and devotion. YOu deserve to be here and you deserve to be number !!! you know I love me some wolf cop. xo
Lowell D. Posted 5 months ago
Thanks Andrea! Agreed, let's focus on the positive.
Jennifer C. Posted 5 months ago
I really cannot stand this project. The story is unoriginal and the acting is not that great. I cannot believe that a project like this got pushed through when others with better concepts, scripts and acting got cut.
Donald Y. Posted 6 months ago
It looks interesting, but I cannot decide if it is pure horror/drama or if there is supposed to be comedy hidden in the project also. There is some real nice visuals in the trailer, like the symbol being lit in the grass.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Yes Donald the comedy is intentional. We are inspired by films like SCREAM that are classified as horror but are also often quite funny. There is also a strong hero's journey in the mix as well!
Donald Y. Posted 5 months ago
You've done a fine job on this project.
Sherry H. Posted 6 months ago
I like the trailer. Graphic and good pacing. Makes me want to watch the movie and find out more.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
THanks Sherry!
Eric M. Posted 6 months ago
Congrats on making it into the Top 15 guys! Give em hell! Or where ever it is werewolves come from.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Eric!
Eric M. Posted 5 months ago
You're very welcome dude. I'm just glad to see a few films that I really want to see get made go through. We're still planning on making Prom Night and thank you for following us on Twitter. We're doing a re-write then it's Kick Starter time. Good luck in the next round. You've got my vote!
Jolene K. Posted 6 months ago
I still like it but it falls short in the amount of added material
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Jolene. We were quite happy with our original trailer so we decided the best way to "redux" ours was to create a PG tease so we could get a wider audience reach. In our opinion, the first trailer is THE trailer for WolfCop. Showcases our tone, gives a glimpse at what is to come. A mini-scene almost :)
Richard Z. Posted 6 months ago
It allows all aspects of emotions to surface without the side effects that usually follow an outburst of fear.
Richard Z. Posted 6 months ago
Very classic in its approach horror genre
Redmond O. Posted 6 months ago
I like it AFTER having seen the longer version. I'm not sure I would have liked the voiceover as much if this was the first version I saw -- the long version is a classic comedy item in and of itself.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Redmond!
KingPin L. Posted 6 months ago
This is awesome! Keep up the good work guys!
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks KingPin!
Heather A. Posted 6 months ago
looks good
Joe M. Posted 6 months ago
If this doesn't make it to the top 5, I will be forced to...well, you've seen the trailer...oh god...not now...Not ARGGGGHHHHHHH!
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks for your support Joe!
Michelle G. Posted 6 months ago
great job - good voiceover. it felt a little on the short side but I did enjoy it more than the first.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Michelle!
Mike Q. Posted 6 months ago
Long live wolf cop.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Amen.
Paul C. Posted 6 months ago
Can Wolf Cop please go to Hemlock Grove and clean house?
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
If he does, we will use practical effects.
Karen J. Posted 6 months ago
He's Dirty Harry, only harrier. That is a terrific line! I love that you only realized the comedy here at the very end!
Kris B. Posted 6 months ago
I have been "watching" you guys since day one! I love it! I almost want to see it as a TV show (rather then a movie)... "tune in next week to see how Wolfcop gets out of this!". When I was young I loved shows like MANIMAL! or BEAST MASTER! I so think it would be BIG... that being said (and yes I'm in this competition ) I really do think this is a fun idea! and MAN does it ever look good (whoot DP).
Alysa K. Posted 6 months ago
Lol, this movie looks interesting and pretty hilarious. I'd watch it.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Alysa!
Lesley C. Posted 6 months ago
I think your tagline is the best of all of them!
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Ha! Thanks we think it sets the tone. :)
Gertray D. Posted 6 months ago
Good job, you still translate with less blood and guts. Like the narrators voice.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Gertray!
Katie T. Posted 6 months ago
Love the new trailer! Tight, cheesy, kinda scary and love the big VOICE.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Katie!! Much appreciated.
Natalia N. Posted 6 months ago
I definitely prefer your original to this one but I like that you cut out some of the violence in the trailer to maximize your audience
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Natalia. Yeah, we were pretty happy with the original trailer and put a lot of time into getting it right. But we agree we needed an alternate cut even just for promo purposes!
Donald Y. Posted 6 months ago
This trailer says it all - except for the conclusion. An interesting concept in a way that feels like the 80's, so that suggests it is a nostalgia project.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks a lot Don. Yes, you are very right strong 80s vibe in our project. There will be a hint of nostalgia running through WOLFCOP's veins for sure.
Lindsey M. Posted 6 months ago
Can I PLEASE go to the theatre RIGHT NOW and watch this film? I loved the V/O - great vocal tone. Hella Tight. Awesome as always.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Ha! Thanks Lindsey, much appreciated. Soon...we hope!
John K. Posted 6 months ago
!
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
!!!
Todd M. Posted 6 months ago
The Voice Over was a nice touch... Like most I prefer to be shown not told but it's a great throwback to the 80's horror comedy trailers (or 80's trailers in general). just glad it didn't kick off with "In a world..."
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Ha, ha! Thanks Todd.
jane D. Posted 6 months ago
great traler
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks jane.
Lynne M. Posted 6 months ago
Great trailer I enjoyed it
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Lynne!
Donal O. Posted 6 months ago
Nothing to be said guys. It's a great movie and I like it a lot.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Donal!
Brock S. Posted 6 months ago
The voice over didn't fit, it wasn't bad, it just didn't fit.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks for the comment, Brock. Appreciate your feedback. We were happy with our original trailer so we figured we should try a new approach on this one.
David M. Posted 6 months ago
Fun, I like it.
Tyler S. Posted 6 months ago
I have to agree with Dana B. this trailer seems so much like a spoof.
Aiden C. Posted 6 months ago
Trailer recut is great the voice over bothered me but 99% of voice overs in trailers bother me.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Haha. Yeah, I hear that. Sometimes you just have to embrace the format.
Fernando P. Posted 6 months ago
I gotta say I like the full length trailer better. But, I guess if it's gotta be PG, this is about what it has to be! Still, GO WOLFCOP!
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks Fernando. Rest assured, the movie will be violent but sometimes you need a friendly trailer to lure them in...;)
Dana B. Posted 6 months ago
This feel like a skit on SNL and maybe not one of their best. Sorry guys, but still like the project. (The Fall)
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Fair enough, thanks.
Mark V. Posted 6 months ago
Looked like I was watching a TV drama commercial for a 3 seasoned show on spike TV. I did like the scenes from the trailer and it's set up although it make me laugh as if I was watching a horror comedy rather than a horror fantasy.
Lowell D. Posted 6 months ago
Glad you laughed, the comedy is intentional. It is called WOLFCOP after all ;) but yes... lots of scares too!
