With each mission, I clearly observe your amazing talent at work. But talent is not all it takes -- it also takes ongoing passion, creativity, dedication and clarity. There is no question whatsoever that you have all of those (and more)! Over the weeks, Team Uprising has not waivered, has not disspointed and has not let up. With each exposure your team shine brightly.
Jennifer K. Posted 6 months ago
I'm super excited for the launch party and this Canadian HIT.
Josh D. Posted 6 months ago
Needless to say, I am deeply impressed with what is going on here. The things being tackled are not easy tasks, and this concept could (and has in the past) get to large to relate to. I enjoy how you plan to keep things connected and real, making this more than another action movie - or even an action movie at all. I also like the concept of not having "dictators plotting evil schemes from ivory towers," it is an interesting and I am excited to see what you do with it. I really hope you will be "proving that the most unlikely people can make a difference in this world;" it is a strong statement that contains the potential to empower. Great work guys, you are out-doing yourselves.
Akash S. Posted 6 months ago
Thanks for the awesome comment man! Glad you like it so far!
Michelle G. Posted 6 months ago
I'm sold - where do I sign up! Great mission guys - loved hearing your vision and what inspired you. So young but so talented.
Akash S. Posted 6 months ago
Thank you this is such a kind comment! You can check out our main page on cinecoup for Uprising to see our trailer and more of our missions, and you can also check out our facebook page (UprisingMovie)!
Michelle G. Posted 6 months ago
Umm - when I said where do I sign up - I wasn't talking literally - you guys have been on my watchlist since practically day one. But if you don't win this competition, you'll definitely have to keep us posted via facebook as to when your movie does get made.
Dean M. Posted 6 months ago
Oh hey I didn't know the girl from Post Apocalyptica was in your movie. Is there a lake cop too?
Mark V. Posted 6 months ago
That is such an odd and invalid accusation. It's concept art, obviously that isn't the final costume design or appearance of what they may want the actress to look like.
Betty H. Posted 6 months ago
It's great that your inspiration comes from your experience and that the focus of your project explores the will to make a difference in the world. Brave work!
Daylen M. Posted 6 months ago

you guys continue to be one of my favourites, I think you guys definitely have the drive to make this movie happen. The story is great and I love the small new pieces you continue to give us. The sketch of Eli's sister is very cool. Keep it up guys, I want to see this film
Akash S. Posted 7 months ago
Thank you kind sir! Part of our motto, I believe Cinecoup's too, is that we are meant to leave breadcrumbs and develop our project more and more. If we spoiled everything at the beginning, it wouldn't be as exciting and harder to work in feedback. More exciting things to come my friend!
Colin T. Posted 7 months ago
And you are doing an excellent job with that. Keep stringing us along. As much as i want to know everything, it's just as much fun to watch it develop like this.
Travis B. Posted 7 months ago
Definitely more intrigued the more I hear from you guys. Awesome stuff!
Lindsey M. Posted 7 months ago

Akash S. Posted 7 months ago
Haha thanks Donal that means a lot! Love Canadian film, I think it has its own uniqueness that we intend to have flourish in our film.
