Access to a chalkboard probably helps keep everything in order.

You can't go wrong with the The Fall team!
victor l. Posted 5 months ago
Human resources are the best special effects!
Kiki B. Posted 5 months ago
Talented team
Cyndi F. Posted 5 months ago
I really like this concept. I'd love to see this full film along with some of the other film ideas in the competition.
Ann G. Posted 5 months ago
A team approach really important.
Zoltan M. Posted 5 months ago
Haha fun video I think you'd be great in the film!
Erin W. Posted 5 months ago
You made some key points in regards to the story and team being essential to the production. Even though I know who and what you are referring to I found this a little too technical and bland.
logan d. Posted 5 months ago
talented actors but a weak cheap tricks
Maureen M. Posted 5 months ago
Talent is your biggest asset.
MAK138 K. Posted 5 months ago
You must have a vision of how this will end. Great to see you are prepared!
Maureen R. Posted 5 months ago
Great job, thumbs up!
Sunny K. Posted 5 months ago
I like that you focussed on talent and not gimmicks. Good people are what make good movies!
Luke M. Posted 5 months ago
That's the ticket! Great story, great characters, hopefully great plot and minimal special effects and voila! I'm there!
Rob V. Posted 5 months ago
Perhaps saving a bit on heating costs with the scarf?
Donna R. Posted 5 months ago
Good job.
David S. Posted 5 months ago
Story, acting and experience. The three pillars of any important project. You guys seem extremely prepared.
Harmony F. Posted 5 months ago
Thats a hard mission, good job!
Joelle L. Posted 5 months ago
Looks like you guys got the right ideas!
Mital G. Posted 5 months ago
Sounds like you have crewed up a talented team. Having an experienced crew will definitely save you money.
Donald Y. Posted 6 months ago
This covered indy filmmaking very well. It shows that if you know what you are doing, and can attract good people, much is possible. This team has talent.
Jolene K. Posted 6 months ago
Unsure but I guess some films have the tricks or slight of eye with the film...not seeing this ....but I guess you are the teacher
Perry M. Posted 6 months ago
Very good!
Meaghan D. Posted 6 months ago
Chalkboard is interesting
Dylan L. Posted 6 months ago

Jolene K. Posted 6 months ago

TJ H. Posted 6 months ago
Nice format for this mission!
Brent M. Posted 6 months ago
I like the format, where it's hosted by John. Nice approach!
Marion S. Posted 6 months ago
getting proper location sound costs no more than the not so great sound on this
Nathan B. Posted 6 months ago
cool
Sara D. Posted 6 months ago
Sounds like you really have a handle on what needs to happen to make a tight budget work
Riley W. Posted 6 months ago
You guys are prepared and able!!
Andrew L. Posted 6 months ago
Go Dana Go!
Donald Y. Posted 6 months ago
Obvious there is the skill available to produce this project. And if you can get the talent cheaply, is saves cost. But this suggests that the makers have no concept of making low budget indy film, where every dollar is squeezed and many things are begged or borrowed as there is no money to rent or buy them. I feel this team can make a suitable film, but they lack the communication to show the things they are capable of in a low budget production.
Seycove D. Posted 6 months ago
cool
jane D. Posted 6 months ago
good luck
Chad M. Posted 6 months ago
So you've told us about your great team and how you like to be prepared before starting but... are they working for free, do you get a discount with the production company? Thought the "cheap tricks" aspect could have been explained in more detail. Good use of the chalkboard though...chalk is cheap!
Dave S. Posted 6 months ago
hmmmm
Kimberly M. Posted 6 months ago
i dont get the cheap trick
Melanie O. Posted 6 months ago
I do not see the cheap tricks in this mission
Heather B. Posted 7 months ago
Cheap Tricks - cast and crew are all wearing more than one hat. I'm guessing this is how you'll make your budget work. Good luck!
Aiden C. Posted 7 months ago
Honestly this was a really strong pitch video but not really a cheap tricks mission. Or more to high level needed to drill down another level to show specific examples.
Mark G. Posted 7 months ago
Cheap trick? Love the trailer though!
Kelsey M. Posted 7 months ago
I would have liked to see more about where you are saving money. I learn't more about the team than the cheap tricks. examples would have been great.
Shaelyn L. Posted 7 months ago
Simple, yet it gets the point across :)
Colin T. Posted 7 months ago
really enjoyed listening to you talk, your team looks very experienced, i'll be following you throughout the competition
Jonathan M. Posted 7 months ago
Looking forward to seeing more develop as everything progresses
Daniel F. Posted 7 months ago

Natalia N. Posted 7 months ago

Dougie M. Posted 7 months ago
Looks interesting
Nathan G. Posted 7 months ago
I like the chalkboard. Talented connections = Bang for your buck.
Nickolas B. Posted 7 months ago
The "trick" is...having connections with all of the best talent...in all departments...that will help out and do your million dollar movie...for free. This film has some fantastic production value, without a doubt. I look forward to seeing this! Good luck to all
Simon B. Posted 7 months ago
love you Cassini good luck
Connor B. Posted 7 months ago
I think the chalk board wasn't necessary
Sarah P. Posted 7 months ago
Looks good, but not exactly ~tricks~ per se. Just pointing out everybody's resume.
Annabelle H. Posted 7 months ago
Genius!
Michael C. Posted 7 months ago
This movie will do well, just watch.
Will B. Posted 7 months ago
Nice video but I wouldn't call Story, Cast, Directing and Production "Cheap Tricks"...The opposite in fact...
Katie T. Posted 7 months ago
Good breakdown but is it really about cheap tricks? Not sure but enjoyed it.
