Very blair witch which makes it a little hard on the eyes, and i do hear the odd voice in the back ground. Still very interesting and well done though.

Really awesome! That was chilling. Really nice job guys, keep up the good work, hopefully you carry on making films cause this is awesome!
Attila M. Posted 5 months ago
That was intense! Wow thank you and congratulations to the team for being able to create such a chilling mission video! It seemed to have great production value and the sound heightened every visual sensation to the max freakiness. Mr. Tom seems to be an action sci-fi thriller with enough horror blended into it to make audiences really hang at the edge of their seats. The pace is amazing and that the shaky camera technique holds up so well during the whole filming of this scene. I believe speechless is the hardest mission and most important one that proves the filmmakers true talent, and these guys left me speechless!
Doug M. Posted 5 months ago
Well shot scene. Good mix of black and white and color. I got the feeling that I was holding the camera myself! Really great job guys.
Liz S. Posted 5 months ago
Wow very beautiful display of the cinematic art form! It has a lot to say about the true nature of horror. How it is about what you feel to be unknown. The suspense and the music is crafted very well. Cinecoup encourages one to add to the story or fill in the blanks, but in truth I believe I could not do it justice. It is obvious that these great filmmakers can tell a much better tale than I. It is a great peice of cinema and I am glad that I watched it. Thank you very much to the team I bet they have worked very hard to accomplish what they did.
Scott G. Posted 5 months ago
Great horror sequence. This feels like the climax of the film but I could also see this as an intro sequence to bring us right into the world of Mr. Tom
Peggy S. Posted 5 months ago
This is going to be a hit film for sure. The footage looks grittier than most and I really think that adds to the "fear factor". I'm sure that's why you guys chose it
Mikaela Z. Posted 5 months ago
Horror hero as action star? Totally. You guys have me hooked. This movie looks like the next Cloverfield too, maybe
David S. Posted 5 months ago
My god, this movie looks scary. It wouldn't surprise me if this is the next Paranormal Activity. Some lucky producer is going to make a hit with this

If I could choose just one lonely word to sum up my feelings for this mission video, I would choose: Global apples.
Alejandro P. Posted 6 months ago
Great concept I like how the idea is transmitted on the video, the actors where great and could understand the concept from the beginning, the angles helped me a lot to get immersed into the plot, and get to understand the feeling that is supposed to be in every moment. Great job!
Dennis H. Posted 6 months ago
Watching your Mission 4 video has left me “Speechless”! Can’t wait to see what else this film has in store!
Rhonda B. Posted 6 months ago
the sound is okay but the camera work is off as really hard to focus on what you are doing. Makes it hard to follow and watch
Wojciech N. Posted 6 months ago
Well done. The camera work was great and the sounds added to the creepiness. This definitely seems different then the rest of the movies in the bunch. Good job

The trend to a lot of movement with the camera seems to be popping up in lots of films lately. Its not everyones cup of tea but does enhance the movie when done well. Yours IS done well !!
Ken N. Posted 6 months ago
Social commentary seems to not be part of this show, nor does it feel like a rom-com. I guess this is supposed to be scary. I guess. Maybe next time. Sorry guys.
Oskar W. Posted 6 months ago
interesting. I'm going through all sorts of entries, start to finish. Was the extreme camera movement intended to be disorienting? I didn't mind it so much, but it clearly had an impact on your viewers.
Chris T. Posted 6 months ago
The camera work at times gave me motion sickness but other wise kept my attention. The camera work is easy to fix tho.

Yvonne L. Posted 7 months ago
I think if some of the viewers would take the time and go to your website and watch the episodes this mission would make sense. Mr Tom is a complex character that will draw you in and leave you rooting for him. This is so much more than the cliche horror/exorcist movie !!! Spend the time watch the episodes and you will see what a original and creative concept this really is.
Brent M. Posted 7 months ago
Good acting, sets, and special effects. The concept of having the subjective perspective be the entire film and to have the picture being constantly interrupted really pulls me out of the film and makes me uninterested. For the first half-minute or so, I was wondering what was going on. Was I some kind of monkey? I assumed I was some kind of monkey, who was barking heavily. I also had no idea why the man with the mask was attacking "me" at the end. Maybe this approach would grow on me if I saw the entire film in theatres. For a two-minute clip, it's more annoying than anything.
Michael L. Posted 7 months ago
Hi Brent. Thanks for your input. But keep in mind that it is NOT our concept to have the entire film done through the POV of a camera. This was the approach we took for this mission -- but the film itself will be a unique combination of standard cinema and documentary formats.
Brent M. Posted 7 months ago
Oh, okay, that's cool. Well, certainly, using the missions to try out different elements of the narrative approach makes sense. I guess if this was a documentary section of an otherwise standard narrative, it'd probably work pretty well. I came in without that context; makes more sense now. Thanks for replying! It's nice to feel like you have a real dialogue with people offering feedback. Cheers!
Jeremy B. Posted 7 months ago
I almost don't even want to watch anymore of your mission vids 'cause I want to save the experience for the theater.
Michael L. Posted 7 months ago
haha -- well would it help if I told you that what we've shown here ISN'T EVEN THE TIP of the iceberg. We are putting the final touches on the feature film script now (draft number 7) and its... well its so good I have to stop myself from using excited profanities to express how excited I am about it.
Jeremy B. Posted 7 months ago
Well, whatever you're doing it works for me. Good luck in the vote this week! - Ruby Starfish
Fern L. Posted 7 months ago
This is very well done. Both the visuals and sound design are frightening. I have a feeling I'd have a hard time getting someone to come with me to this because it's so terrifying.
Michael L. Posted 7 months ago
Thanks Fern! I'm happy the horror is working, but one thing you've haven't seen about the film yet is how big of a heart its going to have. Mr. Tom is a badass... but he's also a sweetheart. This movie has a soft, warm, romantic centre. I'm not worried about you not finding a friend to come -- I'm more worried that if you bring a date, your date might leave the theatre in love with Mr. Tom!

Frances L. Posted 7 months ago
Definitely creepy. The sound and visuals certainly lend to the mystery of it all. I'm intrigued by the story. Nicely done. :) Team #RedHorizon
Ryan S. Posted 7 months ago
I definitely want to see this film in feature length, but I'm not sure if I'm completely down with all of the distortion.
Kelsey M. Posted 7 months ago
This film looks really interesting and I hope it makes it to the end. I only wonder if the sounds/camera work might be too much to digest for very long. Best of luck.
Donald Y. Posted 7 months ago
I like the camera work on this clip. It adds reality, and even without knowing the story, I can feel the horror.

of all the teams, you must have been xcited to get a mission without dialogue. not really a limitation when your lead cant speak!

This is easily one of my favorites!!!! So creepy but funny at times. The effects look really cool. Love the location.

Amanda T. Posted 7 months ago
If I have dreams of Mr. Tom tonight I'm going to be unhappy. I'll still vote for you though. Just don't make it a regular thing, okay?
Darryl L. Posted 7 months ago
One of my favorites for sure. It made Mr Tom way more likeable. I like that its funny at moments. Well done.
Kristie M. Posted 7 months ago
Creepy!! The obscured view makes it all the more scary. Have to admit I have a little bit of a crush on Mr. Tom. He's so cute the way he flails around after smiting demons...
Stephanie K. Posted 7 months ago
Well that was just incredible. Creepy, great special effects, really nicely done all around. The distorted voices were a really nice touch.
William R. Posted 7 months ago
Wow. the effect of the camera is very effective in scaring the viewer. I also liked how you showed a bit of what was happening to him before it does. really cool.
Ryan B. Posted 7 months ago
good use of dissonance with the sound track. i kinda wanna tear off my ears. also the guy with the lights... i have had nights like this.
John K. Posted 7 months ago
This seems like an interesting project. Curious to know if you are planning to shoot the whole thing as a POV documentary

I always enjoy watching your pieces - definitely spooky and great underscore and use of source sound ramped up - well played Mr. Tom, well played - SCAM

Great action sequence and I agree was very intense. Did I hear fragments of dialogue in there though? Nevertheless still looking forward to seeing it made :)
Akshay S. Posted 7 months ago
Very intense work, but the video hurts my eyes even on a small screen. Not sure I'll be able to watch it on a bigger screen, or for a long period of time. It's really making me sick!
Afzal H. Posted 7 months ago
I'm sure this sequence plays an extremely important role in the overall narrative - I hope so because the intense and shaky camera work might be annoying on a big screen. If it makes the story better than why not otherwise it would be wise to rethink the creative approach.
Nathan F. Posted 7 months ago
Intense stuff. On the big screen I can't handle shaky cam ( I barfed during District 9 but liked the movie) What I really liked was that the audio was also "glitchy" which I think really added to the suspense of the scene. I love old school audio and you really got it right here. No loud jabs or jolts. It really lets your mind play tricks. Good job guys.
Jeff R. Posted 7 months ago
Loved the shot of the guys in robes walking away slowly. Lot of great details in the video too ! Slipping on the blood was a good touch.
Cruella D. Posted 7 months ago
Intense and shocking. Loved the shot of Mr Tom running and stumbling. That monster looks terrifying !!! I want to see more !!
Rick J. Posted 7 months ago
Good work guys! You really got shaky with the camera! I liked it, hope everyone else does too!! Good Luck Top 40!!
Sharon L. Posted 7 months ago
I didn\t care for the sound and a little too much of the shaky hand held stuff for my liking it doens't really make me want to see anymore I'd have to give it a pass.
Natalia N. Posted 7 months ago
Holy this is good. I'm terrified of these types of movies but I couldn't stop watching. If i get nightmares tonight I'm blaming you guys :P haha
Erin C. Posted 7 months ago
This scene is super intense and scary! I want to know more about the story and how the filmmaker got into this sticky situation. Great work!!!
Tara D. Posted 7 months ago
This is a classic example of why I do not enjoy watching found footage technique, it hides a lot of sins and there is little art to it. Annoying to watch.
Mikaela C. Posted 7 months ago
So freakin' cool. You guys have a serious handle on illusion; it's almost theatrical and I love that! Also, his running = so cute. -- Team Rabbit
Karyn T. Posted 7 months ago
I found this video clip rather disturbing. The shaky camerawork gave me a sore head and i wanted to switch it off
Samantha L. Posted 7 months ago
Great use of an amazing looking location! The sound and the editing are really effective and there area some really imaginative visuals happening too. Good stuff!
Jason G. Posted 7 months ago
Love how it looked like camera guy ended up being seconds for the monster, I was really surprise to see him up and about after, thought he'd be missing legs.
I would love to see how Mr Tom deals with needing to be sick! When he just can't stomach what he has seen, bleeding eyes instead of vomit? Explosive diarrhea? Wait a second!! How does Mr Tom eat? Goddam I can't wait to see this flick!
Patrick S. Posted 7 months ago
Wow! This stuff is so disturbing (in a great way). I can't stop thinking about the images you guys plant in my head. Sick. Is this stuff made weekly to meet the challenges? Or is this film already in the can? -Team SCAM
Kelly G. Posted 7 months ago
Wow. This is exactly what I was hoping for. Your trailer was off the charts nutty and I loved every single second of it. You also don't seem to be getting enough credit for your effects while other, lesser movies blow up the front page. You guys are doing amazing work for no budget, and these aren't just some poorly done photoshop backgrounds. I hope you guys continue to progress b/c I wanna see more! Good luck!
John L. Posted 7 months ago
Well shot scene. Good mix of black and white and color. I got the feeling that I was holding the camera myself! This team keeps raising the bar.
Chris C. Posted 7 months ago
Well done guys. I was hoping we'd see more of this scene an I was not disappointed. Keep up the good work guys.
George A. Posted 7 months ago
Mr. Tom's intensity and endearing personality comes through loud and clear. Great location and great use of camera. No dialogue required here. Keep up the good work!
steve l. Posted 7 months ago
Can't help being brought back to silent film era where much could be said without speaking a word. The filmmaker has a knack of placing you in the scene and getting your adrenaline pumping.
Yvonne L. Posted 7 months ago
Intense !!!
Amy Z. Posted 7 months ago
The noise is a bit too much, but this project is so original and I love seeing every new mission you come out with. Great effects and creep factor!
Steven H. Posted 7 months ago
Cool. I like the effects and the camera work is done well for the shaky/handheld style, allowing us to still focus on the action while seeming natural.
Thomas A. Posted 7 months ago
This is very cool! Some disturbing images, intense audio, no wonder you guys made one of the critic's picks. Great stuff here.
Dan S. Posted 7 months ago

incredible special effects. I didn't realize Mr Tom was our protaganist in the original trailer, I thought he was our sociopath.
Suzanna B. Posted 7 months ago

Jade t. Posted 7 months ago
